Privacy & Hotel Policy

Please review our policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at THE ALMA - ST JOHN. These guidelines help us provide the best experience for all our guests.

Reservation Cancellation Policy

  • Guests may cancel their reservation up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time without any cancellation charges.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours before check-in will be charged one night's stay.
  • Any cancellation made within 24 hours of check-in will be charged for the full stay, up to a maximum of three (3) nights.

Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit of $300 is required at the time of check-in to cover incidental charges or potential damages.
  • The deposit will be refunded after check-out, subject to a room inspection and settlement of any outstanding charges.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Early check-in is available subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Late check-out may be requested based on room availability, with a maximum extension of up to 24 hours.

Age Requirement

  • Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in and stay at the property.

Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited on the hotel premises.
  • Any violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees or penalties.
